[化妝品 Cosmetic]台灣化粧品標示概要 Cosmetic Label Regulation In Taiwan

化粧品標示於110年7月1日正式實施。可參考以下規定~Cosmetic labeling was officially implemented on July 1, 110.
1.品名 Product name
*若產品有外盒及內罐，內外都要標示!
2.製造或輸入業者之名稱、地址及電話號碼，及輸入產品之原產地(國) Name, address, and telephone number of manufacturer or importer; country of origin of imported product
3.淨重或容量或數量 Net weight, volume, or amount
4.用途 Function
-產品使用的範圍。如保濕、美化肌膚等。

-產品要如何使用，如用挖勺取出10元硬幣大小，塗抹臉部肌膚。
Describe how to use. Ex. Use a scoop to take out the size of a 10-yuan coin and apply it to the face.
7.批號 Lot number
8.保存方法+製造日期及有效期間，或製造日期及保存期限，或有效期間及保存期限 storage instructions+Manufacturing date and shelf life, or manufacturing date and expiration date, or shelf life and expiration date
9.其他經中央主管機關公告應標示事項 Other information required to be labeled as per public announcement of the central competent authority
定義 Define
指施於人體外部、牙齒或口腔黏膜，用以潤澤髮膚、刺激嗅覺、改善體味、修飾容貌或清潔身體之製劑。但依其他法令認屬藥物者，不在此限。
"Cosmetics" means products applied externally to the human body, teeth, or oral cavity mucous membranes, and used to moisturize hair and skin, stimulate the sense of smell, improve body odors, change appearance, or cleanse the body. However, this is not applicable to those that are regarded as drugs in accordance with other laws or regulations.
標示方式 How to label
1.品名 Product name
*若產品有外盒及內罐，內外都要標示!
If the product has an out box and an inner can, both of side should be marked "Product name".
2.製造或輸入業者之名稱、地址及電話號碼，及輸入產品之原產地(國) Name, address, and telephone number of manufacturer or importer; country of origin of imported product
3.淨重或容量或數量 Net weight, volume, or amount
4.用途 Function
-產品使用的範圍。如保濕、美化肌膚等。
Range of application. Ex. moisturizing and beautifying skin, etc.

-由含量百分比「高至低」排列標示。

descending order of predominance.

*其他經中央主管機關公告應標示事項。
(1)
「薬用」、「薬」、「医薬」、「Medicate」或其他類似字樣之輸入化粧品，其原產地(國)或販賣國係以OTC drug、医薬部外品等管理，且依原產地(國)或販賣國之法規規定應刊載者，應於產品外包裝或容器加刊標示「本產品屬化粧品，不具醫療效能。」

國內分裝之輸入化粧品，應於外包裝標示「臺灣分裝」之詞句。
