定義 Define
依據糧食管理辦法
第 3 條 本法所稱糧食，指稻米、小麥、麵粉、含稻米量達百分之五十以上之混合穀物，與經主管機關公告管理之雜糧及米食製品。
第 4 條 本法用詞，定義如下：
一、稻米：指稻穀、糙米、白米、碎米及相關產品米。
二、公糧：指政府所有之糧食。
三、糧商：指依本法辦理糧商登記之營利事業、農會或合作社。
四、公糧業者：指受主管機關委託承辦公糧經收、保管、加工、撥付業務之糧商。
五、糧食業務：指糧食買賣、經紀、倉儲、加工、輸出及輸入等業務。
六、市場銷售：指於公開場所對不特定人提供商品並取得對價關係之行為。
*不得進口稻米與國產稻米混合銷售。但若因買方特定需求者，不在此限，惟須於包袋正面加註標示「加工或特定用途」、「混合進口米」字樣。
Food Administration Act
Article 3
The term "food" shall denote rice, wheat, flour, mixed grains containing more than 50% rice, and some coarse grains as well as processed rice products regulated by the competent authority .
Article 4
The definitions of the following terms of this Act shall be denoted as follows:
1. Rice: Paddy, brown rice, milled rice, broken rice and other related rice products.
2. Public stock: Food owned by the government.
3. Food dealers: Profit-seeking business entities, farmers associations or cooperatives registered as food dealers pursuant to this Act.
4. Public stock dealers: Food dealers that are commissioned by the competent authority to handle the collecting, take custody of, process and distribute public stock.
5. Food business: Business involved in the purchase and sale, brokerage, warehousing, processing, importation and exportation of food.
6. Market sale: Behaviors referring to the obtaining of price for merchandise in a public place with unspecific people.
*Rice mixed with imported rice and domestic rice can't sale at market, except food dealers who, in response to specific requirements of buyers, mix the imported rice with domestic rice which does not belong to food to be sold in the market but to serve as a material for processing or specific use that is marked with font of for the usage of processing or specific as well as blending with import rice.
標示內容 Label
依據糧食管理辦法第 14 條-糧食標示辦法，標示事項由國內負責廠商為之。
Items to be labeled in packaged foods shall be responsible by domestic manufacturers.
包裝糧食標示項目 Label item
市場銷售之包裝糧食，其包裝或容器上，應以中文及通用符號明確標示下列項目：
一、品名。
二、品質規格。
三、產地。
四、淨重。
五、碾製日期。
六、保存期限。
七、製造廠商與國內負責廠商名稱、電話號碼及地址。
(國內負責廠商名稱、電話號碼及地址：指國內負責輸入、經銷或委託製造該包裝糧食之廠商，其名稱、電話號碼及地址。)
Packaged food sold at markets shall be labeled in Chinese and common symbols and denote the following subjects clearly and precisely:
1.The product name.
2.Quality specification.
3.Origin.
4.Weight.
5.Date of milling.
6.The expiration date.
7.Name of the manufacturer and domestic dealer, telephone number and address.
Unpackaged food sold at markets shall display the product name and origin.
The contents, methods and other items that shall be complied with, of the subjects indicated in the two paragraphs above, shall be regulated by the competent authority.

標示方式
1.混合二種以上之糧食，應依糧食類別之比率，由高至低標示之。
2.標示稻米品種者，其內容物含標示之品種含量，應達百分之八十以上。
3.*糧食之標示，亦適用食品安全衛生管理法之規定。
1.Food mixing with more than two kinds of food shall be labeled according to the ratio of food categories in descending order.
2.The content of rice variety labeled in the packaging or container shall reach more than eighty percent.
3.The labeling of food, except the regulation of the three paragraphs above, shall comply with the Act Governing Food Safety and Sanitation.
品名(含散裝) The product name
品名有國家標準名稱者，應依國家標準所定之名稱標示；無國家標準名稱者，以適當品名標示。
Foods with national standard names shall be labeled in accordance with the names set by national standards; otherwise, they shall be labeled with proper names.
品質規格 Quality specification
1.品質規格有國家標準等級且符合相當等級者，應依國家標準等級標示；未達國家標準者，標示應依國家標準所定品質規格項目標示含量。
2.無國家標準者，應參照同種類糧食之國家標準所列品質規格項目，自訂品質規格表並標示含量。
*品質規格未達國家標準二等以上時，不得使用「優質、良質」等誤導字樣。
1.Packed foods with quality specification of national standard as well as in line with comparable level shall be labeled contents according to the national standard grade; those who fail to reach national standard or comparable level shall label contents in accordance with the quality specifications stipulated by the national standard.
2.Packed food without quality specification of national standard shall refer to the quality specifications of the same category of food listed in the national standard and shall set quality specification sheet and label contents of its own accord.
*Food with quality worse than the second grade of available national standard levels shall not be labeled, promoted or advertised with words of high or good quality which are easy to cause consumer confusion or misunderstanding.
產地(含散裝) Origin
國產糧食生產地，應標示國名或臺灣或直轄市、縣（市）行政區域名稱；國外輸入之糧食應標示生產國國名；混合二種以上不同國別之糧食者，並應分別標示其比率。
Foods sold in the markets shall label the origin of its raw materials; domestically produced food shall label the county name or Taiwan or administrative area of municipal or county (city); imported food shall label the name of production country ; food mixed with two or more kinds of compositions from different countries shall label individual ratio, respectively.
淨重 Weight
公制標示內容物淨重，並得標示誤差值。淨重之容許負誤差範圍，應符合中華民國國家標準(CNS)12924。
Packed food shall label contents in metric system and may indicate an error value.
The range of allowable negative error shall comply with the relevant regulation of the CNS 12924 Checking the Net Contents of Packaged Foods in the National Standards of the Republic of China (CNS).
碾製日期、保存期限Date of milling, The expiration date
1.碾製日期，應標示年月日。
2.保存期限得推算為有效日期者，得標示有效日期。
1.The grinding date (YY/MM/DD) shall be labeled in an identifiable way in accordance with customary.
2.Where an expiration date can be calculated to a valid date, an effective date shall be marked.
製造廠商、負責廠商資訊 Information the manufacturer and domestic dealer
1.標示之廠商名稱應與糧商登記之資料相同。屬國外輸入者，其製造廠商名稱及地址得以外國文字標示。
2.包裝糧食之製造廠商與其國內負責廠商相同者，得合併標示國內負責廠商。
其他要求
4.若因買方特定需求將國產與進口糧食混和者，須於包袋正面加註標示「加工或特定用途」、「混合進口米」字樣。
5.經過特殊處理者，應標明其「處理方法」
6.包裝應符合食品器具、容器、包裝衛生標準。
散裝糧食標示項目 Items to be labeled in bulk food shall include:
1.品名：指糧食類別名稱。2.產地：指製造糧食之原料生產地。
1.Name: refers to the name of food category.
2.Origin: refers to the sources of raw materials for food production
