包裝飲料 Prepackaged Beverages

*含有咖啡因成分，且有容器或包裝之液態飲料 Prepackaged Caffeinated Beverages

因咖啡因含量不同，其標示項目

As different content of caffeine in beverage.

(1) >= 20 毫克 / 100 mL ( mg / 100 mL)
標示每100毫升咖啡因含量( mg / 100 mL)。

Declared caffeine content( mg / 100 mL).

(2) < 20 毫克 / 100 mL ( mg / 100 mL)
其咖啡因含量以「20 mg / 100 mL以下」標示之。
Declared "below 20 mg / 100 mL".

(3)咖啡、茶及可可飲料，每100毫升所含咖啡因等於或低於2毫克者，得以標示「低咖啡因」替代前述「20mg/100mL以下」用語。

Coffee, tea, cocoa beverages containing caffeine equal to or less than 2 mg per 100 ml can be labeled as "low caffeine " instead of "20 mg / 100 mL or less".

*注意 拿鐵類產品屬於牛奶類製品，非屬於飲料。

粉狀飲料 Powder beverage

1.「即溶小包裝咖啡」需沖泡之粉末產品，以每一食用份量所含咖啡因總量（毫克）為標示方法。

Instant coffee with small package must to declare total amount of caffeine content in each serving. 
2.其他粉狀產品、非即溶非咖啡粉產品，不須標咖啡因含量。

Other powder product don't need to declare the caffeine content.

現場調製飲料 Freshly Made Beverages

範圍 Range

具營業登記之連鎖飲料業、連鎖便利商店業及連鎖速食業（以下簡稱為連鎖業者）之現場調製飲料，應依本規定辦理標示。

Chain beverage stores, convenience stores and fast food restaurants (hereinafter referred to as chain stores) that have a business registration certificate and sell freshly made drinks shall follow the regulations

規定 Regulation

1.「總糖量」及「總熱量」。"Total Sugar" and "Total calories"

可以最高值表示，若以最高值表示，應加註「最高值」。

It can be represented by the highest value, and it must be marked with "Highest value"

總糖量得以換算方糖數標示之(每顆方糖以五公克計)

 The amount of total sugar can be labeled with the equivalent amount of sugar cubes (1 sugar cube = 5 g).

2.其他品項加標 other type beverage

(一) 茶飲料 Tea beverages：

(1)茶葉原料來源之原產地(國)。The country (place) of origin of the tea leaves.

(2)未以茶葉調製，而以添加茶精等香料者，應於品名標示「○○風味」或「○○口味」字樣。

The beverage that does not made from tea leaves but from additives such as spices shall add the words “○○ flavor” in the name of the product.

(二)咖啡飲料 Coffee beverages：
1.咖啡原料來源之原產地(國)。The country (place) of origin of the coffee material.
2.應以紅黃綠標示區分咖啡因含量。該標示得以符號或圖樣標示之。

Amount of caffeine contained in coffee should be labeled by colors: red, yellow and green. The label may be shown in forms of symbols or patterns.

(1)●紅色代表每杯咖啡因總含量201 mg以上。 

If caffeine content of a cup of coffee is more than 201 mg, it shall be labeled with color red.
(2)●黃色代表每杯咖啡因總含量101 mg 至 200 mg。

 If caffeine content of a cup of coffee is between 101 mg and 200 mg, it shall be labeled with color yellow.

(3)●綠色代表每杯咖啡因總含量100 mg以下。

If caffeine content of a cup of coffee is less than 100 mg, it shall be labeled with color green.

(三)果蔬品名之飲料 Fruit and vegetables beverages：
(1)果蔬汁含量應達 10% 以上，始得以「○○汁」為品名。

Only products contain more than 10% of fruit and vegetables juice can be use the name of “○○ juice”.

(2)未含果蔬汁者，應於品名標示「○○風味」或「○○口味」字樣。

A product that does not contain fruit and vegetables juice shall indicate the words “○○ flavor” in its name.
