依其保存溫度,應標明「需冷藏」或「需冷凍」。
Whether the product needs to be refrigerated or frozen shall be specified

倘屬非即食食品(生鮮禽畜水產品除外),加標「非供即食,應充分加熱」。
The term “Not ready-to-eat. Should be fully heated before consumption.” shall be clearly shown on the packages (except fresh fruit and vegetables, livestock and aquatic products).

應加標「保存方法及條件」,
Frozen foods on the market shall specify storage methods and conditions on the packaging.

惟需加熱調理者加標「加熱調理條件」(未經調味加工之冷凍生鮮產品除外)。
Frozen foods on the market that need to be heated before serving shall specify the heating conditions in addition to items mentioned in the preceding paragraphs. But except for unseasoned or other unprocessed foods in frozen.

加熱調理條件需要有清楚時間與溫度或其他加入方式處理。

冷凍肉與解凍肉額外標示

依據消費者保護法要求市售通路販售之肉品,冷凍肉應維持於-18℃以下,以復溫解凍方式置於冷藏或室溫之零售販賣環境下應標示「解凍肉」;冷藏肉則應維持-2℃~+7℃,並標示「冷藏肉」。


冷凍、冷藏食品定義

依據GHP附表一,第三點:冷凍食品之品溫應保持在-18度℃以下;冷藏食品之品溫應保持在7℃以下凍結點以上;避免劇烈之溫度變動。
