Other specific product labeling standards
以下11類須加標內容
服飾、織品、嬰兒床、嬰兒學步車、手推嬰幼兒車、玩具、文具、電器、3C(資訊、通訊、消費性電子) 、陶瓷面磚、鞋類
服飾標示基準
一、本基準依商品標示法第十二條規定訂定之。
二、本基準所稱服飾係指由織品、羽絨或皮革（天然、人造）所製成之產品，穿著或使用於人體任何部位之衣物。
(一)其適用種類如下：
1.上身類：襯衫、西裝、外套、夾克、毛衣、背心、上衣。
2.下身類：褲、裙、褲裙。
3.長衣類：洋裝、大衣、風衣、長袍、禮服、連身褲裝。
4.泳裝類。
5.內著類。
6.浴袍、睡衣類。
7.襪類。
8.配件類：手帕、口罩、眼罩、耳罩、領帶、圍巾、手套、袖套、帽類。
(二)不適用種類：
1.戲劇服類。
2.自行訂製服裝。
3.鞋類。
4.傘類。
5.腰帶類。
6.袋（包）類。
7.護腕、護膝類。
三、服飾應標示下列事項：
(一)國內製造之商品，應標示製造商、委製商或分裝商之名稱、地址及服務電話。進口之商品，應標示進口商或分裝商之名稱、地址及服務電話；及國外製造商或國外委製商之外文名稱。
(二)原產地。
(三)纖維成分或填充物成分。
(四)尺寸或尺碼。
(五)洗燙處理方法。
四、服飾之纖維成分或填充物成分：
(一)纖維或填充物含量達百分之五以上者，應標示其成分名稱及重量百分比。纖維或填充物含量雖未達百分之五，但足以影響洗燙條件，或為顯示產品特性時，仍應標明其成分名稱及重量百分比。
(二)纖維成分或填充物成分之名稱，應以中文為主，必要時得輔以英文或其縮寫。中央主管機關對於纖維成分及填充物成分，得公告其名稱例示表。
(三)纖維成分或填充物成分之重量百分比，許可差應在上下百分之三以內。但標示百分之百者，無許可差。
(四)由羊毛纖維製成之服飾，其重量百分比達百分之九十五以上者，可標示「純」之字樣。
(五)填充物成分為「羽絨」者，其重量百分比不得標示為「百分之百」，或「純」之字樣。其實際之重量百分比，應高於或等於標示之重量百分比。
(六)纖維成分為回收羊毛、回收蠶絲或回收羽絨者，應標示「回收羊毛」、「回收蠶絲」或「回收羽絨」之字樣及其重量百分比。
(七)服飾如可分為表布、裡布、填充物者，應分別按第一款規定標示其成分名稱及重量百分比。
(八)成套或成組之服飾，可單獨成為個別商品者，不論是否由不同材質製成或分開銷售，應分別標示成分名稱及重量百分比。
(九)副料（如領片、袖口、腰頭或標籤等）可不標示；裝飾物（如繡花或貼布繡等）面積小於百分之十五或重量少於百分之五者，可不標示。
五、服飾之洗燙處理方法：
(一)洗燙處理方法應以洗標圖案標示下列項目，並得輔以必要文字說明。洗燙處理方法之洗標圖案，由中央主管機關公告之。
1.水洗。
2.漂白。
3.乾燥。
4.熨燙及壓燙。
5.紡織品專業維護。
(二)乾燥項目之洗標圖案，包含翻滾烘乾、自然乾燥二種，經測試商品後得選擇其中一種或兩種均標示之。
(三)成套或成組搭配之服飾，可分開銷售或須用不同方式洗滌時，應分別於每件商品上標明洗燙處理方法。
六、服飾之標示方法：
(一)第三點第一款及第四款之應標示事項，應於商品本體、內外包裝或說明書為之。
(二)第三點第二款、第三款及第五款之應標示事項，應於商品本體上附縫標籤、烙印、燙印或印刷；其位置應明顯易見，且經洗滌後不易破損及字體清晰不褪色。但下列服飾得以附掛、說明書、貼標等其他顯著方式標示之：
1.嬰兒衣物。
2.泳裝類。
3.內著類（胸罩除外）。
4.配件類。
5.兩面穿著且無口袋之衣物。
6.已附縫、烙印、燙印或印刷原出口國規定標示之進口商品。
(三)服飾為包裝商品時，其於外包裝上應標明第三點第二款、第三款及第五款之應標示事項。
(四)襪類商品，未於每雙本體上附縫標籤者，其第三點之應標示事項，應於最小販售單位（相同產品）上，以不易拆換之附掛襪標、附卡或盒裝等方式標示，不得以本體貼標方式為之。
七、本基準自中華民國一百十二年五月十八日生效。
Labeling Criteria for Apparel And
Garments
1.This Criteria is stipulated
pursuant to Article 12 of the Commodity Labeling Act.
2.Apparel and garments referred
to in these Criteria shall mean clothing products made of fabrics, down or
leather (natural, man-made) that are worn by people or used in any part of
human body.
(1)Its applicable categories are
as follows:
(a)Tops：shirts, suits, blazers, jackets, sweaters, vests and blouses.
(b)Bottoms：slacks, skirts, culottes.
(c)Long apparel：dresses, coats, windbreakers, robes, formal wear, jumpsuits.
(d)Swimsuits.
(e)Underwear.
(f)Bathrobes, pajamas.
(g)Hosiery.
(h)Accessories: handkerchiefs,
face masks, eye masks, earmuffs, neckties, scarves, gloves, sleeves, hats.
(2)Inapplicable categories:
(a)Dramatic costumes.
(b)Tailor-made or made to
measures.
(c)Footwear.
(d)Umbrellas.
(e)Belts.
(f)Handbags, briefcases,
backpacks, purses, wallets.
(g)Wrist pads, knee pads.
3.The label of the apparel and
garments shall include the following:
(1)Commodities manufactured
domestically, the name, address and service telephone number of the
manufacturer, contractor or distributor shall be labeled. Imported commodities,
the name, address and service telephone number of the importer or distributor
and the foreign name of the foreign manufacturer or foreign contractor shall be
labeled;
(2)Place of origin;
(3)The fiber or stuffing
contents;
(4)Size or measurements;
(5)The care instructions.
4.Fiber or stuffing contents of
apparel and garments:
(1)If the content of the fiber or
stuffing exceeds 5%, the name and weight by percentage of the fiber or stuffing
shall be stated on the label. Although the fiber or stuffing content is below
5% yet when it is sufficient to affect the care instructions, or when in order
to show the features of the product, the name and weight percentage of the
fiber or stuffing shall still be stated on the label.
(2)The composition name of the
fiber or stuffing shall be written primarily in Chinese, and if necessary, the
English name or its abbreviation shall be used. The central competent authority
may issue public notice of example table of the composition name of the fiber
or stuffing.
(3)The acceptable margin of error
for percentage by weight of fiber or stuffing composition is ± 3%, but where
100% is indicated, no margin of error is acceptable.
(4)Where the fiber contents of
apparel and garments are wool and the weight by percentage is greater than 95%,
the word "pure" can be used on the label.
(5)When the stuffing content is
"down", its weight percentage may not be labeled as "100%"
or the word "pure". It actual weight percentage shall be higher or
equivalent to the labeled weight percentage.
(6)When the fiber composition is
recycled wool, recycled silk or recycled down, the wording of "recycled
wool", "recycled silk" or "recycled down" and its
weight percentage shall be labeled.
(7)When the apparel and garments
can be separated into shell fabric, lining, stuffing, its content name and
weight percentage shall be labeled respectively in accordance with the
provision of Article 4 (1).
(8)When apparel and garments in
suit or set can be considered an individual product by itself, the name and
weight percentage of fiber or stuffing in each piece shall be labeled
separately, regardless of whether the individual pieces are made of different
materials or sold separately or not.
(9)Accessories (e.g. lapel, cuff,
waistband or label etc.) do not require labeling; ornaments (e.g. embroidery or
embroidery patch etc.) that the cover area is less than 15% of the apparel and
garments or the weight is less than 5% by weight do not require labeling.
5.The care instruction of apparel
and garments:
(1)The care instruction label
(washing label) shall base on the following items, and may be supplemented with
necessary wording to explain if necessary. The care instruction label of
washing label shall be publicly announced by the central competent authority.
(a)Washing.
(b)Bleaching.
(c)Drying.
(d)Ironing and pressing.
(e)Professional maintenance of
textile product.
(2)There are two kinds of drying
methods: tumble drying and natural drying, state one or both methods on care
instruction label after testing the performance of materials.
(3)Suits or ensembles which may
be sold separately or cared in different methods must be labeled by pieces.
6.Labeling methods for the
apparel and garments are as the following:
(1)The labeling requirements of
Article 3 (1) and (4) shall be provided on the body of the commodity, internal
or external packages, or the instruction.
(2)The labeling requirements of
Article 3 (2), (3) and (5) shall be provided with tags which are not damaged
and do not fade after wash, to be sewed, stamped, thermoprinted or printed on a
conspicuous part of the commodity. The following items may, however, be
otherwise labeled in other obvious method including attachment, referring to
brochure or simply hanging-on.
(a)Infant wear.
(b)Swimsuits.
(c)Underwear (except bra).
(d)Accessories.
(e)Reversible apparel without
pockets.
(f)Import commodity that has been
sewn, stamped, thermoprinted or printed with label shall be regulated by the
export country.
(3)When the apparel is packaged
commodity, the labeling requirements of Article 3 (2),(3) and (5) shall be
indicated on its outer wrapper.
(4)For any pair of hosiery
commodity that does not have a sew-on label, the required information as
provided in Article 3, which should use an uneasily dismantle hanging-on tag,
attached card or be put in a box on its smallest selling unit, should not use a
sticker label on the body of the commodity.
7.The Criteria
shall take effect on May 18, 2023.
織品標示基準
一、本基準依商品標示法第十二條規定訂定之。
二、本基準所稱織品，係指由天然或人造纖維製成之紗、絲、線，或再以梭織、針織、編結、縮絨、撚結、網結或其他非織等方法織製而成之產品。
其適用種類例示如下：
(一)用布：衣服用布、家飾用布。
(二)纖維製成之手鉤（織）紗（線）、縫線、繡線。
(三)床單、床罩、枕套、被套。
(四)被類、毯子、毛巾被、睡袋、枕頭。
(五)床墊、椅墊。
(六)地毯、踏墊。
(七)桌布、餐巾、餐墊。
(八)沙發套、椅套。
(九)窗簾、帷幔、布簾。
(十)毛巾、浴巾。
三、織品應標示下列事項：
(一)國內製造之商品，應標示製造商、委製商或分裝商之名稱、地址及服務電話。進口之商品，應標示進口商或分裝商之名稱、地址及服務電話；及國外製造商或國外委製商之外文名稱。
(二)原產地。
(三)纖維成分或填充物成分。
(四)尺寸或尺碼。
(五)洗燙處理方法。
(六)企業經營者已於織品本身、內外包裝或說明書表示係使用於三歲以下嬰幼兒者，如該織品可能影響嬰幼兒之身體安全，應另標明注意事項。
四、織品之纖維成分或填充物成分：
(一)纖維或填充物含量達百分之五以上者，應標示其成分名稱及重量百分比。纖維或填充物含量雖未達百分之五，但足以影響洗燙條件，或為顯示產品特性時，仍應標明其成分名稱及重量百分比。
(二)纖維成分或填充物成分之名稱，應以中文為主，必要時得輔以英文或其縮寫。中央主管機關對於纖維成分及填充物成分，得公告其名稱例示表。
(三)纖維成分或填充物成分之重量百分比，許可差應在上下百分之三以內。但標示百分之百者，無許可差。
(四)纖維成分為「羊毛」者，其重量百分比達百分之九十五以上者，可標示「純」之字樣。
(五)填充物成分為「羽絨」者，其重量百分比不得標示為「百分之百」，或「純」之字樣，且其實際之重量百分比，不得低於標示之重量百分比。
(六)纖維成分為回收羊毛、回收蠶絲或回收羽絨者，應標示「回收羊毛」、「回收蠶絲」或「回收羽絨」之字樣及其重量百分比。
(七)織品應分別標示表布、裡布及填充物之成分名稱及其重量百分比。
(八)成套或成組之織品，可單獨成為個別商品者，不論是否由不同材質製成或分開銷售，應分別標示成分名稱及重量百分比。
(九)副料（如織帶、蕾絲、亮片或標籤等）可不標示；裝飾物（如綉花或貼布綉等）面積小於百分之十五或重量少於百分之五者，可不標示。
五、織品之洗燙處理方法：
(一)洗燙處理方法應以洗標圖案標示下列項目，並得輔以必要文字說明。洗燙處理方法之洗標圖案，由中央主管機關公告之。
1.水洗。
2.漂白。
3.乾燥。
4.熨燙及壓燙。
5.紡織品專業維護。
(二)無洗燙需求之織品，得免標示洗燙處理方法。其種類例示如下：
1.用過即丟之織品。
2.標籤用布、掛氈布、營帳用布、汽車罩用布、抹布。
3.床墊、洗衣袋、沐浴球、蚊帳、擦澡巾（如尼龍澡巾等）。
六、織品之標示方法：
(一)第三點第一款、第四款及第六款之應標示事項，應於商品本體、內外包裝或說明書為之。
(二)第三點第二款、第三款及第五款之應標示事項，應於商品本體上附縫標籤、烙印、燙印或印刷；其位置應明顯易見，且經洗滌後不易破損及字體清晰不褪色。但下列織品得以附掛、說明書、貼標等其他顯著方式標示之：
1.纖維製成之手鉤（織）紗線、縫線、繡線。
2.尺寸過小的物件會影響整體美感者。
3.已附縫、烙印、燙印或印刷原出口國規定標示之進口織品。
4.成捲用布。
5.無洗燙需求之織品。
(三)織品為包裝商品時，其於外包裝上應標明第三點第二款、第三款及第五款之應標示事項。
(四)廠商販賣非整匹之衣服或家飾用布時，應檢附第三點應標示事項之資料供消費者參考。
七、本基準自中華民國一百十二年五月十八日生效。
Labelling Criteria for Textiles
1.This Criteria is stipulated
pursuant to Article 12 of the Commodity Labeling Act.
2.In these Criteria, the term
"textiles" are defined as weaved, knit, bonded, knotted, felted, or
any other non-weaving process products using yarns or threads made from natural
or man-made fibers.
Its applicable categories are as
follows:
(1)Fabric: clothing fabrics,
upholstery fabric.
(2)Yarns and threads for
crocheting, knitting, embroidery and sewing.
(3)Bedsheets, bedspreads, pillow
cases and quilt covers.
(4)Quilts, blankets, blanket
towels, sleeping bags, pillows.
(5)Mattresses, cushions.
(6)Carpets, mats.
(7)Table clothes, napkins,
placemats.
(8)Sofa covers, chair covers.
(9)Curtains, draperies
(10)Towels, bath towels.
3.The label of the textiles shall
include the following:
(1)Commodities manufactured
domestically, the name, address and service telephone number of the
manufacturer, contractor or distributor shall be labeled. Imported commodities,
the name, address and service telephone number of the importer or distributor
and the foreign name of the foreign manufacturer or foreign contractor shall be
labeled;
(2)Place of origin;
(3)The fiber or stuffing
contents;
(4)Size or measurements;
(5)The care instructions;
(6)Business owners shall indicate
on the textile products, internal or external packaging, or in the instruction
manual that the item is suitable for use on children less than three years old.
Where the item may affect the health of children and infants, a precautionary
label shall be included.
4.Fiber or stuffing contents of
the textiles:
(1)If the content of the fiber or
stuffing exceeds 5%, the name and weight by percentage of the fiber or stuffing
shall be stated on the label. Although the fiber or stuffing content is below
5% yet when it is sufficient to affect the care instructions, or when in order
to show the features of the product, the name and weight percentage of the
fiber or stuffing shall still be stated on the label.
(2)The composition name of the
fiber or stuffing shall be written primarily in Chinese, and if necessary, the
English name or its abbreviation shall be used. The central competent authority

textile products shall be separately indicated.
(8)Where textile products are in
sets or groups but may be sold as individual items, the composition names and
percentage by weight shall be indicated on each individual items regardless of
whether the items are made from different materials or sold separately.
(9)Accessories (e.g. ribbons,
laces, sequins, tags., etc) shall not require labeling; decorations (e.g.
embroideries, applique, etc.) where they covers less than 15% of the item's
surface area or less than 5% of the weight, shall not require labeling.
5.Care instruction of the
textiles:
(1)The care instruction label
(washing label) shall base on the following items, and may be supplemented with
necessary wording to explain if necessary. The care instruction label of
washing label shall be publicly announced by the central competent authority.
(a)Washing.
(b)Bleaching.
(c)Drying.
(d)Ironing and pressing.
(e)Professional maintenance of
textile product.
(2)The textile that requires no
need of washing or ironing, shall not necessary to label the care
instructions.Its applicable categories are as follows:
(a)Disposable textile products.
(b)Tag cloths, tapestries, tents,
vehicle covers, cleaning rag.
(c)Mattresses, laundry bags, bath
scrubs, mosquito nets, bath towels (e.g. nylon bath towels, etc.).
6.Labeling methods for the
textiles are as the following:
(1)The labeling requirements of
Article 3 (1), (4) and (6) shall be provided on the body of the commodity,
internal or external packages, or the instruction.
(2)The labeling requirements of
Article 3 (2), (3) and (5) shall be provided with tags which are not damaged
and do not fade after wash, to be sewed, stamped, thermoprinted or printed on a
conspicuous part of the commodity. The following items may, however, be
otherwise labeled in other obvious method including attachment, referring to
brochure or simply hanging-on.
(a)yarns and threads for
corcheting, knitting, embroidery and sewing.
(b)overly small items where the
aesthetics may be affected.
(c)Imported textile products that
already has the labels of the exporting country.
(d)fabric rolls.
(e)textile products that requires
no need of washing or ironing.
(3)When the textile is packaged
commodity, the labeling requirements of Article 3 (2),(3) and (5) shall be
indicated on its outer wrapper.
(4)Where the dealer is not
selling the entire roll of fabric or upholstery material, the information that
is required by Article 3 shall be provided to the consumer to consult.
7.The Criteria
shall take effect on May 18, 2023.
玩具商品標示基準
一、本基準依商品標示法第十二條規定訂定之。
二、本基準所稱玩具，係指凡適用於十四歲以下兒童玩耍遊戲之物體，包括玩偶、積木、兒童車、嗜好玩具及組合玩具等而言。
三、玩具商品應標示下列事項：
(一)商品名稱。
(二)國內製造之商品，應標示製造商、委製商或分裝商之名稱、地址及服務電話。進口之商品，應標示進口商或分裝商名稱、地址、服務電話；及國外製造商或國外委製商之外文名稱。
(三)原產地。
(四)主要成分或材料。
(五)適用之年齡。
(六)使用方法或注意事項。
(七)有危害使用者之安全或健康之虞者，應標明警告標示。
(八)易產生特定傷害或公認有害物質之虞者，應標明特殊警告標示。特殊警告標示範例如下表：
玩具種類-特殊警告標示內容
1.使用蒸氣壓力之玩具-警告：本玩具之最大操作壓力為××大氣壓力或公斤力／平方公分。
2.含有苯、甲苯或二甲苯之玩具-(1)警告：危險：蒸氣有害人體。及(2)警告：有毒。
3.含有松節油之玩具-警告：危險：吞嚥時會造成致死傷害。
4.玩具煙火-警告：不可朝向人體發射，不可將煙火置於口袋中。
四、玩具商品之標示方法：
(一)市售玩具之標示，應於本體上標示為原則。但無法於本體上標示者，應於包裝或說明書上或以附掛之方式標示之。
(二)玩具之標示，應使用清晰、簡明易懂之字體、文字或圖解說明之。
(三)警告標示所使用之字體，其顏色應與底色不同且易辨識，「警告」二字字體應大於5mm×5mm，內容文字1.5mm×1.5mm以上。
五、本基準自中華民國一百十二年五月十八日生效。
Labeling Criteria for Toy Goods
1.This Criteria is stipulated
pursuant to Article 12 of the Commodity Labeling Act.
2.For the purpose of this
Criteria, the term "toys" denotes objects designed for children below
the age of 14 to play with, including dolls, building blocks, children's carts,
hobby toys and combination toys.
3.The label of toy goods shall
include the following:
(1)Name of commodity;
(2)Commodities manufactured
domestically, the name, address and service telephone number of the
manufacturer, contractor or distributor shall be labeled. Imported commodities,
the name, address and service telephone number of the importer or distributor
and the foreign name of the foreign manufacturer or foreign contractor shall be
labeled;
(3)Place of origin;
(4)Major components/ingredients
or materials;
(5)Applicable age;
(6)Methods of use or matters for
caution;
(7)Warnings shall be labeled if
hazards to the safety or health of users are apprehended;
(8)Special warnings shall be
labeled if the toy that may easily cause any specific injury or with
acknowledged hazardous substances. Examples of special warning are shown in the
table below:
Types of toy-Contents of special
warnings
1.Steam pressured dirven toys-Warning:
The maximum operating pressure of this toy shall be atmospheric pressure or
kilos of power per square centimeter.
2.Toys with benzene, toluene or
dimethyl benzene-(1)Warning: Dangerous; the steam is hazardous to human body;
and (2)Warning: Poisonous.
3.Toys with turpentine oil-Warning:
Dangerous; devouring this toy will cause death or injury.
4.Toy fireworks-Warning:
Launching fireworks at human body or putting same in the pocket is prohibited.
4.Labeling methods for toy goods
are as the following:
(1)In principle, labelling in
respect of toys offered for sale in the market shall appear on the toy per se;
provided that if labelling on the toy per se is unlikely, the labelling shall
either appear on the package or product literature or in such form that may be
applied to the toy.
(2)Toys shall be labeled in
clear, concise and legible letters or words or in pictorial form.
(3)The typeface used in a warning
shall be of a different color that is easily distinguishable from the
background colors. The size of the word "warning" shall exceed
5mm×5mm, and the size of content shall exceed 1.5mm×1.5mm.
5.The Criteria
shall take effect on May 18, 2023.
手推嬰幼兒車商品標示基準
一、本基準依商品標示法第十二條規定訂定之。
二、本基準所稱手推嬰幼兒車係指：
(一)附有車輪，可載運六個月以上嬰幼兒並使嬰幼兒保持坐姿之車台（STROLLERS）。
(二)附有車輪，可載運嬰兒之坐臥可調之車台（CARRIAGES）。
(三)附有車輪及背帶，可手推及肩背之嬰幼兒載具。
三、手推嬰幼兒車商品應標示下列事項：
(一)商品名稱及型號。
(二)國內製造之商品，應標示製造商、委製商或分裝商之名稱、地址及服務電話。進口之商品，應標示進口商或分裝商名稱、地址、服務電話；及國外製造商或國外委製商之外文名稱。
(三)原產地。
(四)主要成分或材料。
(五)適用之年齡（以月為單位）及最大容許載重量（以公斤為單位）。
(六)製造年月或年週。
(七)使用方法。
(八)注意事項及緊急處理方法。
(九)有危害使用者安全或健康之虞者，應標明警告標示。警告標示之種類及文字內容範例如下表（依商品實際情形選擇性標示）：

1.可載運嬰幼兒並使嬰幼兒保持坐姿之車台（STROLLERS）

警告！不得將嬰幼兒單獨留置車上無人看護。
（2）
警告！本產品不適用於六個月以下的孩童。
（3）
警告！不得附載其他的嬰幼兒、物品或附件於推車上。（除非該推車設計有此功能）
（4）
警告！超載或不正確的折疊及使用非經核准的零附件都可能造成車台損壞、故障或不安全，請務必閱讀製造商之說明書。
（5）
警告！安全帶或束縛系統必須正確的扣合及使用。
（6）
警告！欲調整手推嬰幼兒車時，務必先確定已將嬰幼兒移開，否則可能造成嬰幼兒受傷。
（7）

5.具有置物架或掛勾之手推嬰幼兒車-警告！本置物架或掛勾限載××重量之物品。（此重量限制由廠商依設計之安全規範自行訂定）
6.具有玩具附件之手推嬰幼兒車-警告！應防止嬰幼兒吞食或不當使用玩具。
7.具有可收縮或折疊車台設計之手推嬰幼兒車-警告！使用前應確實豎立及固定各機件以確保安全。
8.含有易燃材料之手推嬰幼兒車-1.警告！遠離火源及 2.火燄標誌，範例如下：

四、手推嬰幼兒車商品之標示方法：
(一)前點規定之應標示事項應標示於本體明顯之處，且以不易磨損之固定標籤標示。但前點第七款規定之事項，得以說明書方式標示。

(三)標示內容應以清晰、簡明易懂之字體、文字或圖解說明之。
(四)警告標示所用之字體或符號，其顏色應與底色不同且易於辨識，「警告」二字字體應大於5mm×5mm。

Labeling Criteria for Pushchairs
1.This Criteria is stipulated
pursuant to Article 12 of the Commodity Labeling Act.
2.For purposes of these Criteria,
the term "pushchairs" denotes any of the following:
(1)Strollers with wheels which
can carry infants of at least six months old and cause them to be seated;
(2)Carriages with wheels which
can carry infants and are adjustable; or
(3)Carrying mechanisms with
wheels and straps which can be wheeled along or carried on the back.
3.The label of pushchairs shall
include the following:
(1)Name of commodity and model
number;
(2)Commodities manufactured
domestically, the name, address and service telephone number of the
manufacturer, contractor or distributor shall be labeled. Imported commodities,
the name, address and service telephone number of the importer or distributor
and the foreign name of the foreign manufacturer or foreign contractor shall be
labeled;
(3)Place of origin;
(4)Major components/ingredients
or materials;
(5)Applicable age (in terms of
months) and the maximum weight permitted(in terms of kilograms);
(6)"Year, month" or
"year, week" of manufacturing;
(7)Methods of use;
(8)Precautions and emergency
treatments;
(9)Warnings shall be labeled if
hazards to the safety or health of users are apprehended. The types and text
content examples of warning are shown in the table below(Selective labeling
according to the actual situation of the commodity):

stroller on roads, slopes or dangerous places.
(11)Warning! Do not lift entire
stroller while infant is in it.
2.Carriages which can carry
infants and are adjustable
(1)Warning! Do not leave infant
alone in carriage unattended.(2)Warning! Do not carry more than one infant,
other articles or accessories on carriage (unless carriage is equipped with
such function).
(3)Warning! Overloading,
inaccurate folding, or use of unapproved parts and accessories may result in
damage or breakdown of carriage or render carriage unsafe. All users must read
manufacture's directions for use.
(4)Warning! Seat belt or securing
system must be accurately buckled and used.
(5)Warning! When adjusting any
mobile accessories of carriage, ensure a safe distance between infant's limbs
and carriage.
(6)Warning! Infant may slide out
of the opening at the bottom or suffocate (such warning is not required if the
carriage has no opening or is in a lying position where all openings will
automatically narrow).
(7)Warning! Do not use carriage
on staircases.
(8)Warning! Stay away from areas
near high temperature, pools or power source.
(9)Warning! Do not allow infant
to stand.
(10)Warning! Do not leave
carriage on roads, slopes or at dangerous places.
(11)Warning! Do not list entire
carriage while infant is in it.
3.Carriages with wheels and
straps that can be carried on the shoulders
(1)Warning! Do not leave infant
alone in carriage unattended.
(2)Warning! Do not carry more
than one infant, other articles or accessories on carriage ( unless carriage is
equipped with special function for such carriage).
(3)Warning! Overloading, incorrect
folding or using unauthorized spare parts may result in damage or breakdown of
the chair, or render it unsafe. All users must read manufacturer's directions
for use.
(4)Warning! Seat belts or
securing system must be correctly fastened and used.
(5)Warning! When adjusting any
mobile components or strap of carriage, ensure a safe distance between infant's
limbs and carriage or strap.
(6)Warning! Do not use carriage
on staircases.
(7)Warning! Stay away from areas
near high temperature, pools or power source.
(8)Warning! Do not allow infant
to stand.
(9)Warning! Do not leave carriage
on roads, slopes or at dangerous places.
(10)Warning! When carriage is not
carried on the back, make sure the strap is properly placed out of touch by
infant.
(10)Special warnings shall be
labeled if the pushchair that may easily cause any specific injury. The types
and text content examples of special warning are shown in the table
below(Selective labeling according to the actual situation of the commodity):

in consideration of safety in design).
6.Pushchair with attached toys-Warning!
Infant should be prevented from swallowing or improperly using the toys.
7.Extension or foldaway chair -Warning! Before use, make sure the chair is
set upright with all parts secured to ensure safety.
8.Inflammable pushchair-(1)Warning!
Keep away from fire.
(2)Fire sign. An example is shown
in the figure below.

expressed in a plain and simple language, with eligible fonts, texts or
illustrations.
(4)The typeface or symbols used
in a warning shall be of a different color that is easily distinguishable from
the background colors. The size of the word "warning" shall exceed
5mm×5mm.

三、嬰幼兒學步車商品應標示下列事項：
(一)商品名稱及型號。
(二)國內製造之商品，應標示製造商、委製商或分裝商之名稱、地址及服務電話。進口之商品，應標示進口商或分裝商名稱、地址、服務電話；及國外製造商或國外委製商之外文名稱。
(三)原產地。
(四)主要成分或材料。
(五)適用之年齡（以月為單位）及最大容許載重量(以公斤為單位)。
(六)製造年月或年週。
(七)使用方法。(如裝配、調整使用、維護或收合等操作方法)
(八)注意事項及緊急處理方法。
(九)警告標示。其文字內容範例如下：
1.警告！勿於無成人注意下使用。
2.警告！每次使用不宜超過30分鐘。
3.警告！限於無危險障礙之平地使用。

criteria refers to the structure that places the baby in a sitting or standing
position inside the product, supported by a frame, for the baby to move around.
3.The label of baby walking
frames shall include the following:
(1)Name of commodity and model
number;
(2)Commodities manufactured
domestically, the name, address and service telephone number of the
manufacturer, contractor or distributor shall be labeled. Imported commodities,
the name, address and service telephone number of the importer or distributor
and the foreign name of the foreign manufacturer or foreign contractor shall be
labeled;

(4)Major components/ingredients
or materials;
(5)Applicable age (in terms of
months) and the maximum weight permitted(in terms of kilograms);
(6)"Year, month" or

(9)Warnings. Examples of the

baby when you move the baby walking frame.
(f)Warning! Please keep from stairs,
door sills, slopes and pools when the baby walking frame is in use.
(g)Warning! Please stay away from
heat sources such as fire stores and electric heaters when the baby walking
frame is in use.
(10)Special warnings shall be
labeled if the baby walking frame prone to specific injuries. The types and
text content examples of special warning are shown in the table below:

三、嬰兒床商品應標示下列事項：
(一)商品名稱及型號。
(二)國內製造之商品，應標示製造商、委製商或分裝商之名稱、地址及服務電話。進口之商品，應標示進口商或分裝商之名稱、地址、服務電話；及國外製造商或國外委製商之外文名稱。

1.警告！折疊或調整嬰兒床時，應將嬰兒抱開。

3.警告！嬰兒床應放置在平坦之地面上，且其附近不得使用火爐、電爐等危險物。
4.警告！嬰兒床不得裝設繩子或容易脫落之危險物。
(十一)如有危害使用者安全之虞者，應另標明特殊警告標示。特殊警告標示，範例如下：
1.具有可收縮、折疊或高度調整之功能者：「警告！使用前應確實固定各機件以確保安全。」
2.具有附加或懸掛之裝置或零組件者（如蚊帳）：「警告！附加裝置或零組件時應確認該裝置不會被嬰兒觸拉。」
3.護欄兼用型之嬰兒床：「警告！當嬰兒能抓住站立時，應取下床板使用。」
4.床板高度可調整之嬰兒床：「警告！當嬰兒能抓住站立時，床板上面至上橫桿之高度須調整至60公分以上。」
5.裝置有腳輪之嬰兒床：「警告！使用時應固定腳輪。」
6.具搖擺裝置之嬰兒床：「警告！本商品不適合能自行爬出搖床之嬰兒使用。」「警告！適用於體重不超過xx公斤之嬰兒（依最大容許載重量標示之）。」「警告！無成人看顧下使用時應鎖定擺動裝置。」「警告！不得安裝或懸吊物品。」
7.附有易燃性材料床墊之嬰兒床：「警告！應遠離火源。」
(十二)具電動裝置者，應另依「電器及電子商品標示基準」標示。
四、嬰兒床商品之標示方法：

1.This Criteria is stipulated

2.The baby cribs referred to in
the criteria are the cribs for the sleeping and caring of infants. Baby cribs
come in the following types:
(1)Sleeping: for babies to sleep
in.
(2)With fences: to restrict the
moving range of the baby once the bed plate is removed.
(a)Single: serving as a fence
once the bed plate is removed.
(b)Double: the side frame in a
double folded structure, to be assembled into a fence covering larger
footprint.
(3)Cradles: suitable for most
families, for the caring and sleeping of babies no more than six months old.
3.The label of baby cribs shall
include the following:
(1)Name of commodity and model
number;
(2)Commodities manufactured
domestically, the name, address and service telephone number of the
manufacturer, contractor or distributor shall be labeled. Imported commodities,
the name, address and service telephone number of the importer or distributor
and the foreign name of the foreign manufacturer or foreign contractor shall be
labeled;

(5)Size of the baby crib, and the

(a)Warning! The baby should be
removed if you would like to fold or adjust the crib.
(b)Warning! No objects that the
baby may step on or grab should be placed on the area surrounding the interior
and the exterior of the crib.
(c)Warning! The baby crib should
be placed on an even surface and should not be in proximity of any dangerous
objects such as fire or electric stoves.
(d)Warning! It is not allowed to
attach to the baby crib any ropes or any dangerous objects likely to fall off.
(11)Special warnings shall be
labeled if hazards to the safety of users are apprehended. Examples of special
warning are shown below:
(a)Cribs that are collapsible,
foldable, or adjusted for heights: "Warning! Please ensure all the
fastenings are secured properly before use."
(b)Cribs with attached or hanging
devices or components (e.g. mosquito nets):"Warning! It is necessary to
ensure the attached devices or components will not be touched or grabbed by the
baby.
(c)Cribs that can also serve as a
fence: "Warning! Remove the bed plate only when the baby is able to stand
up by grabbing the fence."
(d)Cribs whose bed plates can be
adjusted in height: "Warning! When the baby can stand up by grabbing the
fence, the height from the surface of the bed plate to the upper cross bar
should be adjusted to over 60 centimeters."
(e)Cribs with rolling casters:
"Warning! Please fix the casters when the cribs are in use."
(f)Cribs that can rock:
"Warning! This crib is not
suitable for the baby who can crawl out of the crib on its own."
"Warning! This crib is not
suitable for the baby who is above XX kilograms in weight (according to the
maximum weight permitted)."
"Warning! Please lock up the
swinging device if no adult is attending the baby."
"Warning! It is not allowed
to install or hang other items."
(g)Cribs with flammable materials
or mattresses: "Warning! Stay away from fire"
(12)The baby cribs with
electronic devices should comply with Labeling Criteria for Electrical
Appliances and Electronic Goods.

一、本基準依商品標示法第十二條規定訂定之。
二、本基準所稱文具係指紙質、木質、金屬、塑（橡）膠、化學、油墨等為基材供書寫、辦公或教育用之商品，依性質分為二類：
(一)特殊性文具商品：包括具有危險性、化學（毒）性或時效性之下列文具商品：
1.化學類文具（含揮發性有機溶劑或公告列管之有毒化學物質）：如修正液、油性筆、印台等。
2.黏著類文具：如快乾膠、瞬間膠、樹脂、雙面膠、漿糊等。
3.金屬類文具及刀具：如圖釘、大頭針、削鉛筆機、鉛筆刨、美工刀、剪刀、刀片、拆信刀等。
4.光學類文具：如雷射筆等。
5.經主管機關認定之特殊文具商品。
(二)一般性文具商品：前款以外之文具商品。
三、文具商品應標示下列事項：
(一)一般性文具商品：
1.商品名稱。

1.Pursuant to Article 11 of the
Commodity Labeling Law, these Criteria are prescribed to promote proper
labeling of Stationery Goods, maintain the reputation of producers, and protect
the interests of consumers and the well being of end-users. However, Stationery
Goods to be exported may be labeled according to the rules prescribed by the
importing state.
2.For the purposes of these
Criteria, Stationery Goods refer to consumer products made of paper, wood,
metal, plastic, rubber, ink, or chemical materials for writing, office or
educational use. There are two types of Stationery Goods:
(1).Special Stationery: includes
Stationery Goods with hazardous, chemical (toxic) properties or those which are
effective for a limited period of time.
Types of Special Stationery are:
(a).Chemical Stationery
(containing volatile organic solvents or officially restricted toxic
chemicals): such as correction fluids, oil-based pens , stamp pads, etc.
(b).Adhesive Stationery: such as
quick-dry epoxies, instant adhesives, resins, twin adhesives, pastes, etc.
(c).Metallic Stationery and
Blades: such as thumbtacks, pins, pencil sharpeners, penknives, scissors,
blades, letter openers, etc.
(d).Optical Stationery: such as
laser pointers, etc.
(e).Other goods designated as
Special Stationery by the competent authority.
(2).General Stationery:
Stationery Goods other than those mentioned in the preceding subparagraph.
3.Stationery Goods shall be
labeled to contain the following material facts:
(1).General Stationery:
(a).Name of Stationery Goods.
(b).Name and telephone number of
the manufacturer. For imported Stationery Goods, the name and telephone number
of the agent, importer or consignee, the name and address of the original
manufacturer , and the place of manufacture shall be labeled.
(2).Special Stationery:
(a).Name of Stationery Goods.
(b).Name and telephone number of
the manufacturer. For imported Stationery Goods, the name and telephone number
of the agent, importer or consignee , the name and address of the original
manufacturer and the place of manufacture shall be labeled.
(c).Main purpose(s) of Stationery
Goods and instructions of usage (may be printed on a separate manual).
(d).Main material or ingredients
(e).Important notices or emergency
guides.
(f).Usable period (required only
for Chemical and Adhesive Stationery).
(g).Warning notice.
4.Stationery shall be labeled in
accordance with the following:
(1).The material facts shall be
labeled distinctly with fixed stickers, print, tags on the product itself or
the smallest unit of packaging. But General Stationery with surface area lower
than 40 cm2, diameter of pens lower than 1.6 cm, or paper sold by single one,
may be labeled in conspicuous manner to the extent sufficient to be identified
by consumers.
(2).The Chinese typefaces and
numbers used for labeling shall be larger than 0.15cm for both length and
width.
(3).The material facts shall be
labeled with clear, simple and coherent typeface, language or illustration for
ease of identification.
(4).When Stationery is imported
and marketed or when exporting stationery is converted for domestic sale,
either Chinese labels shall be added or product literature printed in Chinese
shall be attached. These shall contain information no less extensive than the
original label or product literature.
(5).For typefaces or symbols used
for warning notices, the color shall be different from the background color and
easily identified. The typefaces of the words 'Warning'(警告) and 'Notice'(注意) shall be
larger than 0.3 cm for both length and width. Examples of Warning Notices are
as follows:

5.These Criteria shall be
effective from January 1, 2001.
The amended
Criteria will become effective from the date of promulgation.
陶瓷面磚商品標示基準
一、為建立陶瓷面磚商品正確標示，維護生產者信譽，保護消費者權益，特依商品標示法第十一條規定，訂定本基準。
二、本基準所稱陶瓷面磚，指以黏土或其他無機質原料加以成形，經高溫燒結而成，且厚度未滿四十毫米之板狀不燃材料；主要用於牆面及地板，具裝飾及保護作用之裝修材料。
三、陶瓷面磚之應行標示事項：
（一）商品名稱。
（二）製造商名稱、電話及地址；屬進口商品者，並應標示進口商名稱、電話及地址。
（三）原產地。
（四）主要成分。
（五）數量、尺度（以公分或毫米為單位）、級別。
（六）製造日期。
四、標示方法：
（一）前點規定之應行標示事項應於內外包裝、附掛或貼標等其他顯著方式標示。
（二）前點第三款規定之原產地，除應依前款方式標示外，並應採用成型、燒結方式，於本體以中文或外文標示之。但擠出面磚或面積小於五十平方公分之馬賽克面磚，不在此限。
（三）前款之標示，厚度六點五毫米以下且面積六千四百平方公分以上之陶瓷面磚，或背面以玻璃纖維網為基材之陶瓷面磚，得以雷射打印、噴墨印、蓋印或網印等不易塗改之方式為之。
（四）已依前二款標示原產地之陶瓷面磚，如切割成多片，並整組販售者，得免每片標示原產地。
五、本基準自公告日生效。
Labeling Criteria for Ceramic
Tiles
1.In order to establish proper
labeling of Ceramic Tile commodities, maintain the reputation of producers, and
protect the rights and interests of consumers, the Labeling Criteria are stipulated
pursuant to Article 11 of the Commodity Labeling Act.
2.Ceramic Tile commodities hereof
refer to non-flammable slabs with thickness less than 40mm, made of clay or
inorganic raw materials, sintered and formed at a high temperature, usually
cemented to walls and floors and can serve the purposes of decoration and
protection.
3.Particulars to be contained in
Ceramic Tile labeling are as follows:
(1)Name of the commodity.
(2)Name, telephone number and
address of the manufacturer. For imported commodity, the name, telephone number
and address of the importer shall also be labeled.
(3)Country of origin.
(4)Main composition.
(5)Quantity, size (in centimeter
or millimeter), and grade.
(6)Date of manufacture.
4.Methods of labeling:
(1)Particulars stipulated in the
former Article shall be clearly marked on the external and internal packaging
by the use of tags, stickers, or other attachments.
(2)In addition to the packaging,
the “country of origin” shall also be marked on the tile body either in Chinese
or foreign languages by forming or sintering. Ceramic Extrusion Tiles or Mosaic
Tiles with areas less than 50cm² are not required.
(3)Ceramic Tiles with areas
exceed 6400cm² and thickness below 6.5mm, or Ceramic Tiles with fiberglass mesh
backing may be marked “country of origin” by using the method that resists
alteration, such as laser printing, inkjet printing, pressing, or screen
printing.
(4)Under the conditions set forth
in Article 4(2) and 4(3), Ceramic Tiles cut into pieces but sold in one set are
not required to mark “country of origin” on every piece.
5.The Labeling
Criteria will become effective from the date of promulgation.
鞋類商品標示基準
一、本基準依商品標示法第十二條規定訂定之。
二、本基準所稱鞋類商品，指以橡膠、塑膠、天然皮、合成皮、織物、木類等材料為主要成分之鞋面及大底，經加工成型之鞋品。
三、鞋類商品應標示下列事項：
(一)商品名稱。
(二)國內製造之商品，應標示製造商、委製商或分裝商之名稱、地址及服務電話。進口之商品，應標示進口商或分裝商之名稱、地址及服務電話；及國外製造商或國外委製商之外文名稱。
(三)原產地。
(四)鞋面、大底主要材料。
(五)尺寸或尺碼。
(六)含有聚胺酯（PU）大底易水解材質之鞋類，應標示製造年月、使用方法及注意事項。
四、鞋類商品之標示方法：
(一)前點應標示事項，應於商品本體上、附縫標籤、貼標、附卡或外包裝標明之。
(二)前點第三款之應標示事項，除應依前款方式標示外，並應採用固定不得拆換之烙印、燙印、印刷或附縫標籤方式，以中文或外文標示於商品本體上之明顯處。但拋棄式之紙質或織物材質製成之室內拖鞋，不在此限。
(三)前點第六款應標示之「使用方法」及「注意事項」，每字字體長寬各應五毫米以上，內容文字長寬各應三毫米以上；其顏色應與底色不同且易辨識。
五、本基準自中華民國一百十二年五月十八日生效。
Labeling Criteria for Shoe
Commodities
1.The Criteria are stipulated
pursuant to Article 12 of the Commodity Labeling Act.
2.Shoe commodities referred to in
the Criteria are shoe processed and formed from vamps and soles made of
material rubber, plastic, natural leather, synthetic leather, fabric, wood.
3.The label of the shoe
commodities shall include the following:
(1)Name of Commodity.
(2)Commodities manufactured
domestically, the name, address and service telephone number of the
manufacturer, contractor or distributor shall be labeled. Imported commodities,
the name, address and service telephone number of the importer or distributor
and the foreign name of the foreign manufacturer or foreign contractor shall be
labeled.
(3)Place of origin.
(4)Main material of uppers and
soles.
(5)Measurement or size.
(6)For shoes containing
polyurethane (PU) outsole which is an easily hydrolysable material, the
manufacture year, month, instruction for usage and directions shall be labeled.
4.Labeling methods for shoe
commodities are as the following:
(1)Particulars stipulated in the
former Article shall be clearly marked on the commodity itself, or with sew-on
tags, or stick-on tags, or attached card or outside packaging.
(2)Particulars stipulated in the
former Article No.3.(3). in addition to labeling by using the methods of former
particulars shall be clearly marked on conspicuous places of the commodity itself
in Chinese or foreign language with fixed and unable dismantle branding,
ironing, printing or sew-on tags. But disposable indoor slippers made of paper
or fabrics are not required.
(3)With regard to the 「Instruction for Usage」 and 「Directions」 to be
labeled in the former Article No.3.(6)., the length and width of the font of
each word shall be not less than five millimeters, the length and width of the
content wording shall not be less than three millimeters; its color shall be
different from the ground color and can be easily identified.
5.The Criteria
shall take effect on May 18, 2023.
電器及電子商品標示基準
一、本基準依商品標示法第十二條規定訂定之。
二、本基準適用於流通進入市場陳列販賣之電器及電子商品，包括硬體商品、軟體商品、零組件及耗材。
前項商品種類及品目之例示表，由中央主管機關公告之。
三、電器及電子商品應標示下列事項：
(一)硬體商品：
1.商品名稱及型號。
2.國內製造之商品，應標示製造商、委製商或分裝商名稱、地址及服務電話。進口之商品，應標示進口商或分裝商名稱、地址、服務電話；及國外製造商或國外委製商之外文名稱。
3.原產地。
4.製造年份及製造號碼。
5.額定電壓（V）及額定頻率（Hz）。（無則免標）
6.總額定消耗電功率（W）或額定輸入電流（A）。（無則免標）
7.規格。
8.使用方法。
9.注意事項或警語。
(二)軟體商品：
1.軟體名稱、版本及語文表達方式。
2.國內發行、設計或出版之商品，應標示發行、設計或出版商名稱、地址及服務電話。進口之商品，應標示進口商或分裝商名稱、地址、服務電話；及國外發行、設計或出版商之外文名稱。
3.原產地。
4.系統需求。
5.軟體功能、用途或內容。
6.螢幕解析度需求。
7.注意事項或警語。（無則免標）
(三)零組件及耗材：
1.商品名稱及型號。
2.國內製造之商品，應標示製造商、委製商或分裝商名稱、地址及服務電話。進口之商品，應標示進口商或分裝商名稱、地址、服務電話；及國外製造商或國外委製商之外文名稱。
3.原產地。
4.額定電壓（V）。（無則免標）
5.規格。
6.注意事項或警語。（無則免標）
7.具時效性者，應標示製造年月或年週，以及有效日期或有效期間。具時效性零組件及耗材之範圍，由中央主管機關公告之。
四、電器及電子商品之標示方法：
(一)硬體商品：
1.前點第一款第一目及第三目至第六目之應標示事項，應於商品本體上標示，其標示位置應於正常安裝後使用時可隨時檢視處。
2.前點第一款第二目及第七目至第九目之應標示事項，應於商品本體、內外包裝或說明書上為之。
(二)軟體商品：
1.前點第二款第一目及第四目之應標示事項，應於商品本體上標示，其標示位置應於正常安裝後使用時明顯易見。
2.前點第二款第二目、第三目及第五目至第七目之應標示事項，應於商品本體、內外包裝或說明書上為之。
(三)零組件及耗材：
1.前點第三款第四目之應標示事項，應於商品本體上標示，其標示位置應於正常安裝後使用時可隨時檢視處。
2.前點第三款第一目至第三目及第五目至第七目之應標示事項，應於商品本體、內外包裝或說明書上為之。
(四)商品體積過小或客觀上有難以標示之情事者，前三款所定應於商品本體上標示之事項，得於內外包裝或說明書以文字標示代之，亦得於商品本體、內外包裝或說明書以電子標示方式代之。
(五)本基準所定商品之標示單位及符號，得依國家標準或國際標準之規定標示之。
(六)進口商品之原有標示文字，不得塗毀。
(七)如商品內建顯示器或不具內建顯示器但必須連接顯示器才能操作者，其標示方法得以螢幕顯示代之，並應於商品內外包裝或說明書上載明操作方式。
五、本基準自中華民國一百十二年五月十八日生效。
Labeling Criteria for Electrical
Appliances and Electronic Goods
1.The Criteria is stipulated
pursuant to Article 12 of the Commodity Labelling Act.
2.The Criteria will apply to
those electrical appliances and electronic goods that are displayed on domestic
market for sales, including hardwares and softwares, components and supplies.
Examples of the types and items
of goods under the previous paragraph shall be publicly announced by the
central competent authority.
3.The label of the electrical
appliances and electronic goods shall include the following:
(1)Hardware products:
(a)Name of the commodity or model
number of the commodity;
(b)Commodities manufactured
domestically, the name, address and service telephone number of the
manufacturer, contractor or distributor shall be labeled. Imported commodities,
the name, address and service telephone number of the importer or distributor
and the foreign name of the foreign manufacturer or foreign contractor shall be
labeled;
(c)Place of origin;
(d)Manufacturing year and
manufacturing number;
(e)Rated voltage (V) and rated
frequency (Hz); (Not required if inapplicable)
(f)Total rated power
consumption(W) or rated input current(A); (Not required if inapplicable)
(g)Specifications;
(h)Instructions of usage;
(i)Notes or warnings.
(2)Software products:
(a)Name, version and language of
software;
(b)Commodities issued, designed
or published domestically, the name, address and service telephone number of
the issuing, designing or publishing company shall be labeled. Imported
commodities, the name, address and service telephone number of the importer or
distributor and the foreign name of the foreign issuing, designing or
publishing company shall be labeled;
(c)Place of origin;
(d)System requirements;
(e)Function(s), purpose(s), or
content of software;
(f)Screen resolution
requirements;
(g)Notes or warnings; (Not
required if inapplicable)
(3)Components and supplies:
(a)Name of the commodity or model
number of the commodity;
(b)Commodities manufactured
domestically, the name, address and service telephone number of the
manufacturer, contractor or distributor shall be labeled. Imported commodities,
the name, address and service telephone number of the importer or distributor
and the foreign name of the foreign manufacturer or foreign contractor shall be
labeled;
(c)Place of origin;
(d)Rated voltage (V) ; (Not
required if inapplicable)
(e)Specifications;
(f)Notes or warnings;(Not
required if inapplicable)
(g)Time-sensitive components and
supplies, "Year, month" or "year, week" of manufacturing ,
and the expiration date or period of validity shall be labeled. Range of
time-sensitive components and supplies shall be publicly announced by the
central competent authority.
4.Labeling methods for the
electrical appliances and electronic goods are as the following:
(1)Hardware goods:
(a)(a) and (c) to (f) of
Criterion No.3.(1) shall be labeled on the product itself. The label shall be
positioned in a manner so that it can be readily examined after normal use and
installation. If the good is integrated with a monitor, the label may be
alternatively shown on the monitor while operation method shall be indicated on
the inner or the outer packages or in the instruction manual.
(b)(b) and (g) to (i) of
Criterion No.3.(1) shall be labeled on the product itself, outer or inner
packaging, or in the instruction manual.
(2)Software goods:
(a)(a) and (d) of Criterion
No.3.(2) shall be labeled on the product itself. The position of the label
shall be positioned in a manner so that it can be easily seen after normal use
and installation.
(b)(b), (c) and (e) to (g) of
Criterion No.3.(2) shall be labeled on the product itself, outer or inner
packaging, or in the instruction manual.
(3)Components and supplies:
(a)(d) of Criterion No.3.(3)
shall be labeled on the product itself. The label shall be positioned in a
manner so that it can be readily examined after normal use and installation.
(b)(a) to (c) and (e) to (g) of
Criterion No.3.(3) shall be labeled on the product itself, outer or inner
packaging, or in the instruction manual.
(4)For goods too small in size or
there’s objective difficult to indicate the labeling, items shall be labeled on
the product itself in Criterion No.3.(1) to (3), may be provided through text
on outer or inner packaging, or in the instruction manual, it’s also can be
provided through electronic labeling on the product itself, outer or inner
packaging, or in the instruction manual.
(5)The units of measurement and
symbols for the goods in the criteria may be labeled according to the
applicable national or international standards.
(6)The original labeling of
imported goods shall not be covered.
(7)If the good is imbedded with a
display device or if the good is not imbedded with a display device but is only
operable through connection to a display device, the label may be alternatively
shown on the monitor while operation method shall be indicated on the inner or
the outer packages or in the instruction manual.
5.The Criteria
shall take effect on May 18, 2023.
低動能遊戲用槍商品標示基準
一、本基準依商品標示法第十二條規定訂定之。
二、本基準所稱低動能遊戲用槍，指槍口動能超過零點零八焦耳，至三焦耳以下，藉由壓縮氣體、機械彈簧、電池或前述組合所釋出動能以推進彈頭，供遊戲使用之槍形商品。
前項所稱低動能遊戲用槍不包括槍砲彈藥刀械管制條例所稱槍砲。
三、低動能遊戲用槍應標示下列事項：
(一)商品名稱或型號。
(二)國內製造之商品，應標示製造商、委製商或分裝商之名稱、地址及服務電話。進口之商品，應標示進口商或分裝商之名稱、地址、服務電話；及國外製造商或國外委製商之外文名稱。
(三)原產地。
(四)彈頭直徑（毫米，mm）。
(五)槍口動能（焦耳，J）。
(六)射程範圍（公尺，m）。
(七)使用方法或注意事項。
(八)警告標示。
四、低動能遊戲用槍之警告標示應包含「警告」二字及下列內容：
(一)適用年齡應依下列槍口動能級距標示：
1.槍口動能超過零點零八焦耳未達一焦耳：十四歲以上。
2.槍口動能一焦耳以上未達二焦耳：十六歲以上。
3.槍口動能二焦耳以上三焦耳以下：十八歲以上。
(二)濫用可能造成嚴重傷害，使用時應確保本身及射程範圍內所有人員均已確實穿戴護目鏡。
(三)使用本商品不得改造或變造，並不得使用金屬彈頭。
(四)使用前應詳閱相關說明書。
五、下列標示事項應於商品本體上標示，該標示應醒目並具牢固性：
(一)第三點第一款、第四款及第五款之應標示事項。
(二)前點第一款所定之適用年齡。
前項各款以外之第三點應標示事項，應於商品本體、內外包裝或說明書為之。
前點警告標示應易於辨識，其字體顏色應與底色不同；「警告」二字之字體長寬各應大於或等於五毫米。
六、本基準自中華民國一百十二年五月十八日生效。
Labeling Criteria for Low Energy
Air Guns for Recreation
1.The Criteria are stipulated
pursuant to Article 12 of the Commodity Labeling Act.
2.The term "low energy air
gun for recreation" as used in these criteria shall mean a commodity for
recreation purposes in the form of a gun with kinetic energy at its discharging
end greater than 0.08 Joule but no more than 3 Joules while the kinetic energy
is produced by compressed gases, mechanical springs, batteries, or a
combination thereof to propel the projectile.
The low energy air guns for
recreation referred to in the preceding paragraph do not include the firearms,
as are used in the Act Governing the Control Over Guns, Ammunition, Knives and
Weapons.
3.The label of the low energy air
guns commodities shall include the following:
(1)Name of the commodity or model
number of the commodity
(2)Commodities manufactured
domestically, the name, address and service telephone number of the
manufacturer, contractor or distributor shall be labeled. Imported commodities,
the name, address and service telephone number of the importer or distributor
and the foreign name of the foreign manufacturer or foreign contractor shall be
labeled.
(3)Place of origin
(4)The diameter of the projectile
(in millimeters, mm)
(5)The kinetic energy at its
discharging end (in Joules, J)
(6)The firing range (in meters,
m)
(7)Instructions for use or
precautions.
(8)Warning instructions.
4.The Warning Instructions of the
low energy air guns commodities shall include the word "Warning" and
the following:
(1)Suitable player's age by
kinetic energy at the discharging end:
(a)Kinetic energy at the
discharging end exceeds 0.08 Joule but not reaching 1 Joule: No less than 14
years of age.
(b)Kinetic energy at the
discharging end ranging from 1 Joule to less than 2 Joules: No less than 16
years of age.
(c)Kinetic energy at the
discharging end ranging between 2 Joules and 3 Joules: No less than 18 years of
age.
(2)Misuse may cause severe
injuries. When in use, ensure that goggles have been worn properly by the
player and all other persons inside the firing range.
(3)The product shall not be
remodeled or altered for use and metallic projectiles shall not be used.
(4)Read the instructions
carefully prior to use.
5.The following shall be marked
on the product neatly and clearly in a firm and fixed manner:
(1)The particulars which must be
contained in the labeling as prescribed in Subparagraph 1, Subparagraph 4 and
Subparagraph 5 in Article 3.
(2)The suitable player's age as
prescribed in Subparagraph 1 in the preceding Article.
Other particulars which must be
contained in the labeling as prescribed in Article 3 other than Subparagraph 1
through Subparagraph 3 shall be labeled in the product, interior and exterior
packaging or user's manual.
Warning instructions prescribed
in the preceding Article shall be legible and the color of characters shall be
different from the ground. The font size of "Warning" shall be
greater than 5 mm both in length and width.
6.The Criteria
shall take effect on May 18, 2023.
