Regulations for importing Japanese food to Taiwan

2024年9月25日出口後(出口日期)之產品適用該規定。

一、停止輸入之品項 List of prohibited product

• 1.日本厚生勞働省發布之「出荷制限一覧表」中限制流通品項別及其生產製造地區之產品，為當然停止輸入查驗者。Follow the list of "出荷制限一覧表" from Japanese Ministry of Health, Labour and Welfare, the product in the list should be prohibited  to import into Taiwan.

二、應檢附輻射檢測證明 Attache radiation certificate

• 1.福島縣、茨城縣、櫪木縣、群馬縣、千葉縣開放品項之產品。Products permitted for distribution in Fukushima, Ibaraki, Tochigi, Gunma, and Chiba prefectures.

三、須符合輻射之標準 Standard of radiation

備註：本標準適用於可能有發生核污染或輻射污染時，包括意外或惡意之行動。 Note. The standards apply to a nuclear or radiological contamination, which includes both accidents and malevolent actions.
(1)乾燥或濃縮等需復水後食用之原料(如:香菇、藻類、魚貝類及蔬菜)，應以復水後供直接食用之狀態適用「其他食品」之限量；但海苔、小魚乾、魷魚乾、葡萄乾等乾燥狀態即為直接供食用狀態者，仍應直接適用「其他食品」之限量。 Dry foods intended to be consumed in a reconstituted state (e.g.,dried products of mushrooms, seaweeds, fish, shellfish and vegetables)shall apply to the tolerancefor "Other foods" after reconstitute to ready-to-eat state.Foods intended to be consumed in a dried state (e.g.,nori,niboshi, dried cuttlefish, raisin)shall directly apply to the tolerance for "Other foods".
(2)茶葉須以飲用狀態之條件(沖泡成茶湯後)適用「飲料及包裝水」之限量。 For tea leaves, a liquid extract obtained after brewing process shall apply to the tolerance for "Soft drink and bottled water".

五、輸入資料欄位填報正確繁體中文 Fill in the correct traditional Chinese in the input data field

自日本輸入食品，應於「輸入食品及相關產品申請書」中製造廠代碼欄位，依附表所列都道府縣名稱填報繁體中文之產地資料。(可參考下方附表) 

For food imported from Japan, the manufacturer's code field in the "Application Form for Imported Food and Related Products" should be filled in with the origin information in traditional Chinese according. (Please refer to the attached table below)

六、輸入日本食品自主聲明 Japanese Food Self-Declaration

• 1.報驗義務人於申報輸入日本食品時，應逐案申報聲明「輸入之食品非屬日本本地限制流通產品品項」或檢附聲明文件。
• When import Japanese food, the obligor shall declare, case-by-case, that "the imported food is not a local restricted product for circulation in Japan" or attach a declaration document.

• 2.報驗義務人於申報輸入日本食品(成分含有野生鳥獸肉、菇類及漉油菜)時，應逐案申報聲明「輸入之食品不含停止查驗之日本5縣產品品項」或檢附聲明文件。
• When import Japanese food (the ingredients contain wild bird and animal meat, mushrooms and rapeseed), the obligor shall declare, case-by-case, that "the imported food does not contain products from the 5 counties of Japan that have been subject to inspection" or attach a declaration document case-by-case.

• 3.前揭聲明請於「檢附文件類別」選填「99-其他」，並於「檢附文件號」欄位申報聲明文字或檢附聲明文件。
• For the previous declaration, please select "99-Other" in the "Type of Attached Document", and declare the text of the declaration or attache declaration document in the field of "Document No.".

• 4.倘報驗義務人如有因提供資料不實或隱匿之行為，而使公務人員登載不實者，將涉及刑法第214條意圖使公務員登載不實罪或第215條業務上登載不實罪。
• If the obligor provides false or conceals information, which causes the public servant to publish false information, it will be involved in Article 214 of  Criminal Code of the Republic of China intended to cause the public servant to publish false information or Article 215 for publishing false information in his occupation.
